Re: The Night Stalker

It would have been a treat to be there with you as you pondered the tracks. When I hiked Colorado's Front Range, my goal was to identify the people who may be ahead of me on the trail. How many. Men or women. Carrying packs. With dogs or not. Infrequently, there were animal tracks. One time it was bear track and shortly after that was the very fresh scat (no crusty surface) right on the trail. Being a solo hiker, that was enough to send me back to look for an alternate trail. Another time there was the mountain lion tracks in the mud; probably from a previous day or two. However, the most frequent tracking was of people. I actually got quite good at predicting who I would see on the trail ahead of me. It appears that you were able to get pretty close to the antelope or is that the capability of a fine camera.
